The reversion of a Trust, may well lead to a situation where present day entitlement can depend on a “chain of representation” from a point in time perhaps a hundred years ago.

In such cases, rather than tracing the various blood relatives, it is usually necessary to establish the Executors or Administrators of the estates of the individuals involved; in some cases, for three or four such interests.

With extensive “in-house” probate records and regular attendance at the Probate Registry, along with our general research resources, we are well placed to deal with this often complex area of entitlement.
